Two and a half years into rebuilding my life in Mallorca, here's what's actually true right now: I'm tired. Not lost. Not in crisis. Just tired — from figuring it all out, from keeping going, from holding it together while I build something new. There's a particular exhaustion that comes from trying hard for a long time. It's quiet. It doesn't look like burnout from the outside. It just feels like… I want to stop performing capable for a minute. I want to be met, not managed. I catch myself longing for something simple: a place where I don't have to fulfill anyone's expectations — not even my own. Where I can just show up real, unfinished, and be. Which is why I love hosting retreats - connection lights me up and gives me hope. And in talking to so many of you this year — clients, friends, women in my own community — I keep hearing some version of the same thing. Not "I'm lost." More like: "I'm so tired of doing this alone." "I don't remember the last time someone just listened." "I keep pushing through instead of asking for help." I don't think that's a coincidence. I think a lot of us are quietly exhausted from carrying it alone — even the ones who look completely fine from the outside. And at the same time… what actually supports me most right now isn't another to-do. It's other women. Coming together, being honest, letting someone see the parts I usually hold together on my own. There's something in being witnessed — really witnessed, without having to explain everything — that no amount of "figuring it out" alone can replace. That's why I want to share something new with you. I'm calling it the Clarity Session — a focused, 60-minute one-on-one for women who are tired of figuring it all out alone. Who are longing to stop performing and just be met, as they actually are. It's not a sales call. It's not a quick chat. It's real, dedicated time — rooted in yoga, but always about more than yoga. It's about coming home to yourself, finding a little new vision, and remembering your own spark. You'll leave with clarity on your next step, a renewed sense of energy, and that quiet inner "yes" that reminds you who you are. If that's speaking to you right now… I'd love to hold that hour for you. With love, Dagmar Crete, Greece Yoga Retreat - May 14-20, 2027 |

This morning on my mat, my body asked for something different than what I had planned. I had a sequence in mind. Something familiar, something I'd already decided on before I even rolled out the mat. And then I got there, breathed in, and felt: Upps, no. Not this. Something slower. Something quieter. So I adjusted. Simple as that. And it made me think about how much of yoga is actually this. Not the shape we make with our body, but the honesty to notice when something isn't working anymore,...
